How To StructureBegin by wetting your body thoroughly in the shower. Warm water is ideal as it helps to soften the skin. Wet the exfoliating mitt and squeeze a small amount of your favourite body wash onto it. Slip the mitt onto your hand and start rubbing it over your body in gentle circular motions. Focus on one section at a time, such as your arms, legs, and torso. Pay special attention to rough areas like elbows, knees, and heels. After exfoliating each area, rinse your skin with warm water to remove dead skin cells and residual products. Once you're out of the shower and dry, apply a desired moisturiser to hydrate and soothe your freshly exfoliated skin.
When To Use Can be used in the morning or night.
FrequencyCan be used once a week depending on skin tolerance. After use, rinse the mitt thoroughly with clean water. Hang it up to dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent mildew.
